•      * To Provide, sell or offer any of the following products or content (or services related to them):
  •           ** Pornography or illegal pornographic sexual products, such as adult magazines, videos and software, escort services, dating services,"swinger" promotions for adults; however, the prohibition referred does not apply to retail businesses based at home;
  •           ** Illegal drugs and contraband acts that are illegal in the location where it is published or receives content;
  •           ** Illegal products, pirated software or media; or
  •           ** Instructions on how to assemble or make bombs, grenades or other weapons.
•      * Provide, sell or offer products, services or content frequently associated with spam, namely:
  •           ** Online pharmaceutical sales and direct, as sexual wellness products, recipes and adulterated drugs, among others;
  •           ** Debt Collection, credit repair and offerings for debt relief;
  •           ** Promotion of stocks or stock messages;
  •           ** Offers to "work at home" where are promoted the following phrases: "make money fast", "increase your fortune" and "financial independence"
  •           ** Pyramid schemes or multi-level channels, networks and / or referral marketing business (MLM) used to attract new customers or recruit employees;
  •           ** DJ / nightclub promotions / party lists for events / clubs or gambling services, such as online poker, casino games, college and professional sporting events, among others.
•      * Commercializing with third voter registration lists or lists of parties obtained in which no specific candidates expressed their explicit consent.
•      * Use images that we make available in connection with our products or services so that the the image could seem offensive to the person who see its, including the use of images in (i) pornography or sexual products; (Ii) advertisements of products related to cigarettes so that suggests that the person is consuming snuff; (Iii) regarding support for political parties in a way that suggests that person supports political determined; (Iv) in advertising and / or promoting materials for pharmaceuticals, health care, medical herbs or if such use implies that the person that appears suffers from a: physical or mental condition or weakness; or (v) lascivious, defamatory, scandalous, threatening or intimidating manners
•      * Use images that we provide in connection with our products or services as a trademark, service mark or logo; or
•      * Provide content or communicate with subscribers with the main purpose of making programs, affiliate marketing, including but not limited to communications in which there is not a direct relationship with the product beyond affiliate commissions, communications containing multiple different affiliate links, or sent with the aim of obtaining communications affiliate commissions. This prohibition does not apply to communications that include occasional links to affiliates or related to the business of establishing the account products marketer links.

If you participate in any of the activities above, we, in our discretion, reserve the right to deny access to our products and services, or its use, also disable your account on Marketero or deny access to our products and services and to remove some or all of the contents in any event at any time, with or without notice and refund. Also, we may, at our discretion, report their activities applicable to judicial authorities or third parties to prevent abuse or fraud.

In addition, in Marketero we reserve the right to prohibit the use of Marketero´s products or services by any company or site in its sole discretion.
